We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our specialist cloud-based business management software team - Promotional Office. Launched in the UK in 2013, ‘PO’ is the most widely used specialist software in the industry with over 2,500 users across the UK and Europe. Underway with a significant re-design and wider functionality improvements Promotional Office version 3.0 presents a major upgrade for current customers as part of a staged rollout as well as a real opportunity to reach new customers too. While there will be extensive support through onboarding, once up to speed you’ll work collaboratively but autonomously within the team. Our teams are set up for success without micro-management, and we’re eager to recognise results with incentives.

Office-based from our comfortable serviced office in Farnborough (near the airport), you’ll also get a change of pace by occasionally visiting customers across the UK & Ireland for installations, on-site training sessions and at our two annual industry leading industry trade events (Merchandise World) and some smaller roadshows too with travel and any overnight stays covered. Unfortunately, no company private jet (yet).

In turn, we need someone who can:

Lead regular team meetings

  • Oversee support requests handled by our helpdesk
  • Manage existing customer projects and installations
  • Co-ordinate new sales, scoping and implement stages for installation
  • Ensure all stages of implementation run on time and to schedule
  • Training of new users on site
  • Liaise with support team and Technology Director to implement requirements
  • Manage redesign roll-out pipeline
  • Actively drive paid work and sales opportunities
  • Engage with customers

You’ll need:

  • A keen understanding of technology and development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong organisation to manage and prioritise your workload
