Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve data integration issues between various systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Work with large datasets to guarantee smooth integration into the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot data mismatches, inconsistencies, and missing records to maintain data integrity.
• Interpret complex business rules and identify any gaps or missing data.
• Validate datasets against business requirements, applying data validation techniques to prevent errors in reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to enhance data accuracy and completeness.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration and issue identification.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex business rules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of data validation techniques is highly desirable.
