Are you a passionate and creative chef looking to showcase your skills in a boutique 2 rosette hotel ? Berwick Lodge, an award-winning boutique hotel in Bristol, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.
About the Role:
As Chef de Partie , you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality menus. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu development and introduce creative new dishes.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety in line with health regulations.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
What We 're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role .
- A passion for food and a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A creative approach to food presentation.
