Food and Beverage Manager
at Iscoyd ParkAbout the job
Your role is to lead the food and beverage department to deliver consistently outstanding service to all our guests. From small intimate dinners to large corporate events and exclusive weddings.
Our aim at Iscoyd Park is simple, to make our guests feel like our house is their home. Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director, you will be given the freedom to run a small but highly dedicated team in your own vision, whilst being fully supported by the entire management structure. You must have a passion for all things hospitality and strive to raise the already high standards within the food and beverage department.
This is a hands-on role, in a family run business where no task is too big or too small. You will be expected to liaise with both wedding managers & bride and grooms, to forge strong relationships with our guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded in every way. Iscoyd park is a very special place that requires a very special person to lead the food and beverage team through an exciting period in the business’ future. With extensive refurbishments due to be completed in April this year, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional that can deliver exceptional standards, whether you are delivering a bespoke wedding for 150 people, or a 10-course tasting menu with wine flight.
