Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to supervise maintenance activities and ensure the smooth operation of equipment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
• Interpret and work from schematics, technical drawings, and manuals to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Perform welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate components.
• Maintain electrical systems, including troubleshooting logic controllers and other electronic equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with team members to develop maintenance schedules and ensure all equipment is operating efficiently.
• Provide training and leadership to junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.

Experience

• Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role or similar position is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, including logic controllers, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams or projects.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
