This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all VitaloJAK Clinical Trial Projects to Sponsors/Clients. The VitaloJAKCough Monitor provides the only fully validated system for objective measurement of cough.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight, Accountability and Senior point of Escalation for all VitaloJAK Clinical Projects Delivery, ensuring Project Team effectiveness to deliver according to Vitalograph objectives and project scope, including ownership of applicable SOP(s).
  • Escalation and management of complex cough product/service queries, changes, risks, issues, and complaints.
  • Working with contracts team to draft proposals and push through to WO when they relate to cough data studies, including support at Bid-defence and/or Capabilities meetings as required.
  • Point person for cough R&D team and academic studies to assessrequirements assign appropriate PM resource.
  • Supporting implementation of internal change/improvement projects relating to Cough Services and coordinating the VitaloJAK Development Team.
  • Line Management of Senior Project Managers / Project Managers.
  • Training, Mentoring and Coaching of Project Team Members
  • Planning & Conducting Governance meetings with assigned Customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create & implement marketing materials that educate and inform existing clients e.g. discussion papers.
  • Represent the company at marketing events, networking events and meetings with potential and existing clients.

Required Skills:

  • Organisational skills and the ability to use project management tools for study
  • resourcing, budgeting, monitoring and overall study management.
  • Good understanding of ICH GCP and Vitalograph QMS.
  • Excellent communication and personnel skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Training skills
  • Understanding of overall Vitalograph clinical trial processes
