Lahore Karahi is a well-known Pakistani restaurant in Tooting, South London, operating two cloud kitchens (Kentish Town & Peckham) and a new central production kitchen in Croydon. We specialise in authentic Pakistani cuisine, offering catering services for corporate events, weddings, private parties, and community gatherings.

We are looking for an experienced Catering Sales & Events Manager to grow our catering business by securing corporate catering contracts, wedding bookings, and large event partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop & execute a catering sales strategy to increase revenue.

✅ Identify & approach corporate clients, wedding planners, venues, mosques, and community centers for catering partnerships.

✅ Customize catering packages and negotiate bulk orders for large events.

✅ Work closely with the kitchen team to streamline catering operations.

✅ Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and contract negotiations.

✅ Attend networking events, wedding fairs, and trade shows to generate leads.

✅ Manage social media promotions & marketing campaigns for catering.

✅ Track sales performance, revenue targets, and client retention.

What We 're Looking For:

• Fluent in English & Urdu/Punjabi (to communicate with diverse clients).
• Proven experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality sales.
• Existing client relationships in the South Asian community, wedding industry, or corporate catering sector.
• Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills.
• Comfortable with cold-calling, networking, and direct client meetings.
• Knowledge of Pakistani cuisine & Halal catering standards.
• Experience with social media marketing & online sales strategies (preferred but not essential).

• Base salary £35,000 - £45,000 per year (depending on experience).
