Duties:

• Support our Social Workers and the Team Managers in the operational management of the team
• Support us with the performance and quality of the service and this is a great opportunity to enhance and build management skills while continuing to work with children and families with a reduced caseload

Requirements of the Senior Social Worker/Advanced Practitioner:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current Social Work England registration
• Significant experience in child protection work and care proceedings
