Customer Account Manager
An exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Customer Account Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond our clients’ expectations.
Duties will include:
- Elevate customer experiences - exceed our clients’ expectations, be the voice of our company and answer enquiries via telephone and email, always with a friendly and professional touch. Your commitment to meet our KPI’s will ensure that no query goes unanswered for more than 24 hours.
- Build relationships - Build positive relationships through regular meetings, both remotely and face-to-face, ensure our existing and potential clients feel valued. Turn challenges into opportunities by handling complaints with professionalism and speed.
- Be a team player - Work closely with all departments to provide seamless support. Join our internal meetings, share your own expertise and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for growth with our existing clients and collaborate closely with our sales team to expand our reach.
- Provide quotes and contracts - Prepare competitive quotes for calibration, repair and new equipment. Review, cost and provide contract renewals. Follow up quotes to ensure KPI’s for outcomes are met. Stay vigilant and regularly assess contracts to keep costs in check, ensuring we always deliver the best value to our clients. Deliver insightful reports and updates, demonstrating our commitment to transparency.
- Analyse reports- Collaborate with our Accounts Department by delivering monthly reports on contract statuses and outstanding values.
- Be a software expert - Empower our clients with access to our Asset Management Software, provide guidance and demonstrate how it works both remotely and face-to-face.
- Be a brand ambassador - Promote our company values and maintain an unwavering commitment to professionalism.
- Precision Matters - At CoMech, quality is key. You’ll maintain and update multiple databases, ensuring our records are as precise as a well-calibrated instrument.
Person Specification
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills for internal and external application.
- Confident telephone manner
- A positive, confident, and determined approach with a high level of self-motivation.
- Should be at ease with numeric data & proficient in MS packages.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy environment whilst remaining calm and keeping a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a high level of business acumen to maximise competitive advantage.
- Displays a sense of urgency, can multi-task and has the ability to perform under pressure to action requests in a timely and proactive manner.
- Has an ability to work on own initiative, whilst maintaining team spirit.
- Can show flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing needs and demands of the role.
