We seek an experienced Digital Project Manager with a passion for projects, a strong team ethic, a knowledge-hungry attitude, and an eye for perfection.

We aim to be the world leader in supplying digital activations, live interactive installations and immersive experiences for events and permanent installations.

The candidate will be confident and comfortable working on high-end projects for a wide range of brands across various technologies and mediums.

Based in our studio in the creative hub in Stoke city centre, the candidate will manage cutting-edge and creative activations.

• Gather briefs and requirements from clients and liaise at all points during the project
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables clearly to all stakeholders
• Create accurate quotes, often with limited information
• Identify and select appropriate project resources
• Working with the in-house production team, our network of freelancers, and resources from agencies
• Source and manage freelancers
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Advise directors on resource requirements
• Strong creative understanding and appreciation
• Strong level of motion design understanding and terminology
• Strong grasp of technical terms, various technologies, and software development options
• Spot and develop opportunities with clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and budget
• Ensure projects have had thorough QA
• Ensure client satisfaction is met or exceeded on projects
• Review projects post-delivery to ensure continuous team improvements
• High attention to detail with meticulous task management and checking
• Vision to see if there are problems ahead, proactively manage them and inform the necessary parties
• Work onsite to deliver projects
• Full clean driving licence

Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Onsite and events experience
• Experience working with agencies and several high-end brands
• Experience in a variety of projects and live production
• Equal experience in software and creative/ motion production

Salary from £30,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
