Junk Group , a major player in the fast food industry, is a rapidly growing French company newly established in London.
We stand out through our innovative concepts, Junk and Puffy , and are continuing our development with multiple new openings planned in Paris, London, and soon Dubai.
Following the launch of our very first restaurant in Soho, we are planning two additional openings in June and July, as well as 7 more locations in London by 2026.

In this context of strong international growth, we are looking for a Bilingual Head of HR (French/English) based in London. Reporting directly to the Group HR Director, you will manage all HR responsibilities for the UK market with full autonomy. You will lead all HR processes (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Talent Development), while supporting our operational teams in a dynamic and multi-site environment.

Main Responsibilities
Personnel Administration / Payroll
- Manage employee life cycle processes: hiring, onboarding, offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and all legal obligations.
- Enter and verify payroll data in accordance with local regulations.
- Implement and update HR reporting tools tailored to the UK market.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of our HRIS tools to monitor administrative data (HR files, absences, visas/permits, etc.).
HR Development
- Develop and lead the recruitment strategy to support our expansion in London.
- Use and optimize our ATS to manage local recruitment processes (applications, interviews, onboarding).
- Implement and monitor Health & Safety training using our dedicated HRIS system.
- Identify training needs and organize employee development plans.
- Promote internal mobility and manage performance reviews.
- Lead HR projects such as strategic workforce planning and talent development.
Operational Support & Advisory
- Provide daily guidance and support to managers on team management and legal compliance.
- Ensure the implementation of group HR procedures adapted to the UK context.
- Foster and enhance internal communication.
HR Strategy
- Monitor HR KPIs such as social performance, absenteeism, and payroll costs.
- Support the company’s growth while promoting a positive and dynamic work environment.
Administration & Regulatory Compliance
- Manage all administrative processes related to new site openings.
- Handle contracts, certifications, licenses, and mandatory registrations for each location.
Profile Sought
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
- Experience: Solid experience in HR management in the UK, ideally within the hospitality/restaurant sector or a high-turnover environment.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of UK employment law. Proficiency in HRIS and office software.
- Languages: Fluent in both French and English.
- Qualities: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and fast-paced environment with an open-minded approach.
Working Conditions
- Location: London (Soho)
- Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) - 35 hours per week
