One our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.

• This role will be focused on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our expanding operations across various European countries.

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

• You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is essential. Familiarity with European employment laws and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
