Are you passionate about technology? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Would you love to join a team that values innovation and collaboration? We are currently looking for an IS EUC Support Analyst to join our busy team in Knutsford.

As an IS EUC Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests while adhering to predefined processes and guidelines. You will utilise the ITSM platform ServiceNow, maintain accurate data for all hardware and software assets, and support various projects as needed. Your technical skills will come into play when administering and supporting a variety of technologies, including Windows 10/11, MS Azure Suite, Office 365, and more. You will also liaise with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and be an integral part of our vibrant team focused on business transformation.

Hours of Work: Full-time office based position, with some travel to branch offices required.

IS EUC Support Analyst Requirements:

  • Proven experience with various versions of Windows Desktop OS, with an emphasis on Windows 10/11.
  • Experience with Windows Server and the Microsoft Azure Suite.
  • Familiarity with O365, MS Intune, Entra, and Defender.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and web filtering solutions, such as Cisco Umbrella.
