The Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic Retail Team Leader to join one of our luxury fragrance stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked at all times, including overseeing merchandising and inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to stay informed about new products and trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
