Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated full time Bar Staff to join our friendly team here at Grace Neills.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team, as well as being comfortable working in the bar by themselves.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with our recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.

To apply, you will need to be 18 years old or above and you must have previous experience in a bar setting.

• Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Good communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Pay: From £12.24 per hour
