Duties
Answering phone calls from Clients and staff
Filling requirements for clients
Sales calls, so will need a can do attitude

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in connecting top talent with our organization, focusing on lead generation and relationship management. Reporting to the HR Manager, your core communication skills will be essential in understanding client needs and candidate qualifications. Utilizing premium tools like ATS and relevant platforms such as Workday and Salesforce, you will streamline the recruitment process. Your expertise in human resources and social media management will enhance our outreach efforts, ensuring we attract the best candidates to meet our staffing goals.
