We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team working within the UK Defence sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the national security landscape and work on cutting-edge defence projects.

• Collaborate with Project management teams to deliver the customer roadmap of projects for the IM/IS engineering teams.
• Deliver all projects and tasks following the customers End to End Project Management process.
• Managed agreed budgets for projects and tracking actuals, forecast and time sheet reconciliation with suppliers. Whilst also ensuring timely processing of invoicing.
• Preparing and maintaining schedules of project activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure that the integration of project and Release Management outputs form a handover to business-as-usual support teams, addressing the operational readiness for production deployment.
• Developing, implementing and updating resources allocations plans needed for projects in portfolios, taking account of availabilities and scheduling.
• Coordinate and Deliver reporting against Project and Programme status to stake holders at many levels of the organisation following customers standards.
• Consolidating and documenting the fundamental components of projects (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, issues and quality)
• Work collaboratively with national and international project teams to deliver harmonised approaches and against a common timeline where required

• Must be able to commute to Stevenage 2/3x per week
• Must hold a British Passport
