Consulting Franklin is looking for an ANDi to join our team in London on a 12-month secondment as a Consultant or Senior Consultant. There may be the option following that to make the position permanent depending on business needs.

We’re on the lookout for an energetic, detail-oriented consultant with a flair for People and Change work. Join our dynamic Consulting Team and dive into exciting projects that help our clients empower their people and unleash the potential of their digital products that truly resonate with customers and elevate business goals.

Franklin is made up of 5 interdependent practices - People & Change, Customer & Strategy (including Product), Technology, Delivery and Data. In this role, your main mission is to deliver fantastic billable work that truly delights our clients. You can expect to roll up your sleeves and help out with business development activities as well as research and development. On a wider level, you will elevate the profile of our consulting teams both internally and externally.

A Day in the Life of a Franklin Consultant

Ideally, you’ve already got some consulting experience under your belt in one or more of the skill areas mentioned above. You’re eager to broaden your horizons through a variety of short and medium-term engagements and get down and dirty delivering real, actionable change. Together, we help our clients build amazing teams, discover smarter ways of working and generate lasting value that truly makes a difference.

You’ll be working with our clients as part of a blended team to:

  • Take charge of client engagements and dive deep into discussions to deliver what is needed (no cookie-cutter work here)
  • Craft innovative digital ways of working that can mesh seamlessly with other business functions. Let’s uncover new ideas together!
  • Help to support and develop compelling commercial cases that make it easy for our clients to embrace change
  • Guide them through the transition to new digital ways of working through effective planning, communications and change management
  • Team up with colleagues to connect with senior executives - not just in IT but across the board - to shine a light on the importance of digital and agile practices and the need for change!
  • Get ‘hands-on’ with the work and produce the required outputs and outcomes
  • Play a key role in growing the AND Digital business as part of our fantastic AND Consulting team.
  • Keep your entrepreneurial spirit alive by applying a commercial mindset throughout each engagement and spot new opportunities for AND Digital to support our clients in achieving success.

You’ll be great if you have

  • 2-5 years of experience in Consulting, professional services, or a similar digital transformation role, with a knack for making change happen across a variety of organisations!
  • You should have a solid understanding of what makes modern digital organisations tick and how to drive impactful change.
  • Understand areas like org design, change management and how to build an inclusive, collaborative culture—bringing fresh insights to the table.
  • The ability to take an outcome-based approach to client problems - i.e. working towards set milestones whilst delivering tangible outputs and deliverables.
  • A curious mindset that allows you to see the bigger picture, understanding the ‘why’ behind the what, creating solutions that support the wider business vision.
  • Your ability to influence and bring stakeholders on board with a compelling change or transformation strategy will be key!
  • Flexibility is your superpower, you’ll be hopping between different client assignments with the AND Consulting team
  • You should have a passion for delivering meaningful change for our clients and relish a challenge - even (especially) in those tricky, ambiguous situations.

It’s helpful (but not essential) if you also have:

  • You have an understanding of commercial acumen. Think: assisting in creating business cases, statements of work and MSA’s
  • You’ve had exposure to business development and are eager to enhance those skills, like identifying new opportunities and building relationships with our clients
  • You have the flexibility and appetite to contribute across the different practices within the BU.
