LSH Auto is seeking a talented Vehicle Cosmetic Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and enhancing the cosmetic appearance of vehicles, ensuring our customers’ vehicles look their best.

This position is located in our state-of-the-art facility, where you will work with the latest technology and tools.

Welcome Bonus - £2000

Hours: 32.5

Shift - 3pm - 10pm

Salary: £25,181 plus evening shift allowance £5543, plus OTE Bonus

Requirements

You will be responsible for:

• Performing cosmetic repairs such as scratch removal, dent repair, and alloy wheel refurbishment.
• Using various techniques including paintless dent removal and touch-ups to restore vehicles.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail in all work performed.
• Conducting thorough inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and organised workplace.

You will have:

• Relevant experience in vehicle cosmetic repairs or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining vehicle aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license.
