Banking/Credit Control Admin (Polish Speaking)
Our client, a leading employer who due to continued sales demand require additional administrative support in various functions of their business - such as Accounts, Business and Operations
The working hours for the role are 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 - 4pm on a Friday.
The Role
- Liaising with the accounts team regarding customer invoice discrepancies
- Assisting with the processing of invoices
- Dealing with customers over the phone regarding their invoices
- Processing customer credit notes
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Email correspondence with customers
- General Administration duties such as filing, photocopying, record keeping.
The Person(s)
- The ability to read, write and speak fluently in Polish and English
- Ambitious and career driven

- Positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)
