Accounts Administrator
Due to expansion our client a leading employer are currently looking to recruit for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers career progression with a hugely successful business.
The Role
- Preparation of Purchase orders and distribution for authorisation
- Filing of invoices and dealing with any queries
- Assisting with the maintenance of sales ledger
- Raising monthly sales invoices
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Monitoring and updating records
- Matching invoices with purchase orders
- Support finance team with any other duties
Essential Criteria
- At least 2 years’ experience within an account’s or finance role
- High numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude towards work
