We’re recruiting for an experienced NAM to join our driven sales team, who will identify and develop key customer relationships within the retail sector ensuring all business opportunities are fully maximised.

At Xplore, we are a predominantly licensed Distribution/Agent Business. Our key categories are Youth Electronics, Audio, Gaming Ranges and Toys.

The company currently distributes a number of key brands across Retail, Ecommerce and European Partners. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in line with company objectives attracting new sales through excellent account management
  • Have a clear understanding of market forces and current challenges
  • Have strong negotiation, organisational, presentation and financial acumen skills
  • Maintain existing and build new relationships with customers across the UK moving into the wider EMEA territory
  • Have outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Confident using the telephone- we are looking for engaging people who are able to build rapport.
  • No two days are the same- we need staff who are able to be flexible in their working patterns and day-to-day role.

As well as a competitive salary, there is also a commission structure . As a company we also hold multiple fun social events throughout the year.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,560.00-£32,419.00 per year
