Location: Aylesford
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours
Salary: £33,000 + Company Car + Bonus

The Role

As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and expanding your own portfolio of customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth. This is a field-based role where you will have the autonomy to develop business opportunities, supported by a Branch Manager and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage your own sales territory, identifying new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and provide field support for larger accounts
  • Monitor sales performance and produce monthly reports
  • Ensure all client enquiries and issues are handled promptly
  • Conduct regular customer visits and provide competitive quotes
