Construction Sales Team Leader £28,000 to £30,000 DOE. Plus, there is potnetial 4K Commission.
The Role:
As the Construction Sales Team Leader , based at our head office in Lasham, you will lead the sales side of the construction department, supporting the Head of Construction in driving revenue growth and maintaining high levels of customer service. You will be accountable for construction sales revenues, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with our internal operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Only accepting applicants with Account Management/Sales experience.
Previous experience in the hire or construction industry is desirable.
Full-time office-based - Monday to Friday , 8.30 am to 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming enquiries via website, telephone, and email.
- Advise clients on the best sanitation and welfare solutions for their construction sites.
- Maintain the highest customer service standards and uphold product quality excellence.
- Line Manage Sales Team, including 1-2-1’s, performance reviews, targeting and absence management.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of construction customers, upselling our full product range.
- Build quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure customers receive the best solutions for their projects.
- Process orders, take payments, and complete sales administration.
- Attend and represent Site Equip at construction industry exhibitions and networking events.
- Communicate effectively with operations, marketing, and accounts teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Provide support to the Head of Construction and collaborate with the wider business.
- On-Call Rota.
Experience and Expertise:
The successful candidate for the Construction Sales Team Leader position will possess:
- Proven background in sales, account management, or hire industry roles.
- Experience within the construction, hire, or related industries is desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of operational impact.
- Line Management, Team Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport and provide clear recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office, CRM systems, and hire software.
