Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for upselling products and services.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process customer orders and data entry accurately into the system.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide support in both English and Spanish, catering to a diverse customer base.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Ability to analyse information effectively and communicate findings clearly.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 5 per week

Willingness to travel:
- 75% (preferred)
