• Lead and manage the marketing team across different branches.
• Coordinate with other departments for effective cross-functional marketing activities.
• Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing strategy.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Manage and refine the organisation’s social media presence.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Group Marketing Manager should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
• Strong understanding of effective marketing strategies in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Able to work from Knutsford 2 days per week
