Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to drive online revenue growth, enhance our digital presence, and optimize marketing strategies for lead generation. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and e-commerce management. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and capable of executing high-impact campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & Online Presence
- Develop and implement digital strategies to drive online sales and brand visibility.
- Create and manage engaging content, including SEO-friendly blog articles, videos, and website updates.
- Optimize product listings and search engine rankings for improved discoverability.
- Campaign Management & Performance Analysis
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Generate weekly performance reports with insights and strategies for increased lead generation.
- Website & Digital Assets Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages, improve website functionality, and enhance the user experience.
- Design and optimize email templates and marketing materials for campaigns
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, suppliers, and technology providers.
- Utilise website analytics tools to track customer trends, buying patterns, and behaviour.
Required Skills & Experience
- Digital Marketing Expertise
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing external partners, including agencies and suppliers.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media tools, and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo).
- Experience with B2B customer engagement strategies.
- Technical & Creative Skills
- Proficiency in video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Magento 2 is an advantage).
- Soft Skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Hybrid working a possibility for the right candidate, to be agreed with management following successful training period
Qualifications
- CIM / IDM or equivalent marketing qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
