Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to drive online revenue growth, enhance our digital presence, and optimize marketing strategies for lead generation. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and e-commerce management. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and capable of executing high-impact campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Online Presence
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive online sales and brand visibility.
  • Create and manage engaging content, including SEO-friendly blog articles, videos, and website updates.
  • Optimize product listings and search engine rankings for improved discoverability.
  • Campaign Management & Performance Analysis
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Develop budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate weekly performance reports with insights and strategies for increased lead generation.
  • Website & Digital Assets Management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages, improve website functionality, and enhance the user experience.
  • Design and optimize email templates and marketing materials for campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, suppliers, and technology providers.
  • Utilise website analytics tools to track customer trends, buying patterns, and behaviour.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Digital Marketing Expertise
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience managing external partners, including agencies and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media tools, and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo).
  • Experience with B2B customer engagement strategies.
  • Technical & Creative Skills
  • Proficiency in video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Magento 2 is an advantage).
  • Soft Skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Hybrid working a possibility for the right candidate, to be agreed with management following successful training period

Qualifications

  • CIM / IDM or equivalent marketing qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
