We are currently designing, manufacturing, and marketing the next generation of ultra-fast and highly effective indoor air/surface cleaning and disinfection systems that aim to achieve pollution-free and virus-free environments in homes and public indoor spaces.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical and Electronic Engineer to join our dedicated team in the appliance industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing electrical and electronic systems for our cutting-edge appliances. The position will be based on Dumbarton, Scotland, UK.

We are seeking the candidate who has:

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical and electronic engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Design and develop functional and reliable embedded, electrical and electronic circuits and systems for commercial and consumer appliances.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical and electronic systems with Appearance, Structure and Functionality seamlessly into appliance designs.
• Create and perform comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, validation and verification of electrical and electronic systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experienced in UL/ETL, CE and UKCA certification is a plus.
• Experienced in Wheeled Robotics EEE system is a plus.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Senior Electrical and Electronic Engineer in the appliance industry or a related sector with a record shown from prototype to mass production.
• Strong expertise and rich work experience in electrical and electronic circuit design and simulation tools.
• Proficiency in EDA software for schematic and PCB design BoM control with experience with mass production.
• Expertise and rich work experience in embedded system hardware and firmware function testing and debugging capability.
• Hands-on prototyping experience in PCB and electrical and electrical system testing and debugging.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• A great collaborative and team player with practical communication skills and abilities.

Pay: £32,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
