Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Reports to: Head of Installation & Merchandising

Pay Rate: £37,500 - £42,000 PA Type of position: Full Time Hours of work: 9am - 5pm

My duties and responsibilities in this position are:

• Management of complex retail installation projects across UK and Southern Ireland:
• Overnight & day-time installation fits
• Day-time merchandising programs
• Multi-site rollout projects
• Project planning and execution:
• Detailed project scheduling
• Resource allocation and optimization
• Risk assessment and mitigation
• Budget management and cost control
• Quality assurance
• Coordination of installation teams:
• Schedule management for direct and subcontract teams
• Work packet preparation and distribution
• Real-time progress monitoring
• Issue resolution and escalation
• Client relationship management:
• Regular status updates and reporting
• Site visit coordination with retailers
• Managing client expectations
• Problem resolution and communication
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing:
• Support junior project managers and coordinators
• Share best practices and lessons learned
• Contribute to process improvements
• Provide guidance on complex projects
• Reporting and documentation:
• Maintain real-time project tracking
• Produce regular status reports
• Document project learnings
• Track KPIs and metrics
