Your Role & Responsibilities

• Preparation of Management Accounts - Produce monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and company financial reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting - Develop, monitor, and update budgets and financial forecasts to help the business plan for future growth.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting - Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
• Cost Control & Profitability Assessment - Monitor costs, assess profitability, and recommend efficiency improvements to enhance financial performance.
• Compliance & Tax Management - Ensure adherence to UK financial regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and CIS compliance, while liaising with external auditors and HMRC

What We 're Looking For

• CIMA qualification or working towards acheiving this
• Industry experience in Construction, Property, or Manufacturing
• Strong Sage 200 expertise and INSPIRE
• Knowledge of construction CIS & VAT (preferred but not essential)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct detailed business analysis and contribute to strategic planning alongside the Managing Director
• Ambitious, eager to learn, and keen to grow with the company

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
