AEGIS, the leading accrediting body for UK guardianship organisations, is seeking a team player to provide administrative support across various areas. Our mission is to ensure the welfare of international students studying in the UK, and you’ll play a key role in helping us achieve this by assisting with event planning, trustee meetings, inspections, marketing, and more.
Responsibilities include:
- General administrative support for the CEO and team.
- Assisting with event organisation , including conferences and webinars.
- Coordinating trustee meetings and taking minutes.
- Supporting inspections , data analysis, and record maintenance.
- Helping with finance , invoicing, and membership applications.
- Assisting in social media content creation.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
