Working on the Patient Handling & Disinfection portfolio, you will be a true Product Manager, looking after the product lifecycle, managing obsolescence, and involved in the launch of new products in 2025.

You will also work with the marketing team on go to market plans, researching competition and working with our customers to gain insights into how we can better target new customers, as well as working with our global organization to predict forecasting.

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have industry experience/knowledge, either in a Sales or Product Management capacity.

  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and

in-market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning and roadmap development and product launch.

  • In collaboration with the Segment Marketing Managers, analyse market insights to help develop strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing.
  • Translate product strategy into a detailed tactical plan which supports the segment strategic marketing plans and overall commercial ambition and success.
  • Create product planning documents; business cases, launch plans, PDPs, OEMs etc.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Global and Local stakeholders in the development, QRC and release of products.
  • In-market engagement (~50%) supporting commercial team with customer-facing activities incl. training (internal & external).
  • Translation validation for all product related collaterals.
  • Successful management of designated portfolio plans, activities and lifecycle management.
  • Supports commercial and marketing teams with high-level and frequent customer engagement on product or service.
  • Detailed in-market customer and competitor insights.
  • Regular updating and communication of the portfolio roadmap.
  • Met KPI criteria.
  • Effective and timely interactions with Regional/Global stakeholders for up/downstream requirements.
  • Sound understanding of market dynamics, customer criteria, commentary and Arjo positioning in relation to marketing and commercial engagement activities

The skills you will need

  • Previously held relevant marketing management, segment management, product management, sales or clinical management in a healthcare environment.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, challenges etc. Experience in customer discovery in order to build strong experiences and positioning.
  • Experience of marketing with either established or developing social and private health care providers.
  • Proven ability to strategiise the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Preferred CIM Diploma or marketing/management qualification or similar
  • Foster collaboration within the various functions of Arjo and enable communication and knowledge sharing
  • Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both over the telephone and face to face
  • Clear and confident training and presentation skills with the ability to respond effectively to the needs of an audience and foster an open and collaborative training environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service, professionalism and compassion for others at all times
  • Able to problem solve and seek solutions logically in challenging situations, using initiative and resourcefulness
  • Demonstrate a motivated and passionate approach to work, taking ownership for tasks
  • Planning and organising to manage time, KPI’s and workload effectively
  • Demonstrates excellence through delivery of results and achieving objectives and KPI’s

This role would suit someone who is a reliable professional who is self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook. You will be a natural forward planner who has the ability to self-evaluate and take ownership of your own territory. You will need to be mature, credible and comfortable dealing with customers at all levels.
