Skills for Care is the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England. We work with employers, Government, and partners to ensure social care has the right people, skills, and support required to deliver the highest quality care and support, now and in the future.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Strategy Project Manager to lead the next phase of our organisational transformation. This is an amazing opportunity to play a key role in delivering change that will strengthen our operating model and maximise our impact in the Adult Social Care sector.
We’re seeking someone with proven experience in managing complex change and transformation projects. You’ll take the lead in turning high-level designs into clear, actionable plans - driving projects that improve the way we work and deliver lasting results.
Working across multiple teams, you’ll ensure change is well-planned, effectively delivered, and firmly embedded. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, navigating challenges and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
With strong financial acumen, you’ll build compelling business cases that unlock investment and guide projects to success. And as a skilled influencer, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and internal teams to foster alignment and engagement at every stage.
The post is home-based, with occasional travel and flexible working available.
We would encourage candidates to apply early as we will be actively shortlisting and interviewing during the advertising period.
