Location: Cardiff or Bristol Office
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 DOE + Commission + Progression to Associate Director

About Us:

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an existing, well-established client base, working with housing associations across the South West of England.

The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant , you will play a crucial role in expanding our business while developing and managing relationships with key clients. You will have the opportunity to grow an established desk, build a team around you, and work towards progression into an Associate Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop an established client base within the supported housing sector
  • Proactively source and place top talent into property and housing roles
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
  • Drive business growth through client acquisition and strategic planning
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants as you develop your own team
  • Work towards ambitious personal and business growth targets

What We 're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within property, social housing, or a related sector
  • A track record of success in managing client relationships and business development
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A driven, proactive, and ambitious mindset
  • Leadership potential with aspirations for career progression
