Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Soft Services Bid Writer located in Bracknell, with some work-from-home flexibility, Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (DOE). The Soft Services Bid Writer will be responsible for preparing and writing bids and proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and company standards. Day-to-day tasks involve researching and gathering necessary information, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in bid writing (ideally in FM or soft services)
• Strong communication, writing, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple submissions
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• A proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude
