After-sales / Service Advisor
The Role
John Roe Group Ltd are recruiting for After-sales / Service Advisor to join their team based at Grimsby.
Your role is to help coordinate & deliver complete customer satisfaction and consistently exceed expectations. We aim to provide a seem-less customer journey and provide them with all the opportunities that they require, whilst supporting the After-sales team in the process. You will be part of a team of like-minded people, and form part of an operating After-sales team.
This role will suit someone who has previously worked within customer focused role. You will be a confident, people person with the ability to establish and build rapport and ability to maximise opportunities by understanding customer needs.
The role can be fast paced and at times challenging however with full training and support of the team given the role offers high levels satisfaction.
42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturdays on an alternate/rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with outbound calls to meet business demand: Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade existing and potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- Obtain & process bookings with the After-sales/sales/relevant department efficiently and accurately.
- Identify and book any other business opportunities with customers (i.e. warranty checks, recalls etc.)
- Ensure high standards of customer service, ensuring you accurately record information and pass calls through to relevant colleague or take messages which are then passed on and actioned by colleagues with support from yourself if needed.
- Ensure that all relevant target information for all customers is captured.
- Enter new and update existing customer information into relevant systems accurately and efficiently
- Follow up customer calls on a needs basis
- Ensure adherence to GDPR
- Arranging and help support collection delivery
- Parts Inventory and stock manage
