We want every visit to be special for our guests, and we need enthusiastic and dedicated team members to help us achieve this.

Job Brief:

As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, serving 10/10 pints, pouring drinks, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including expertly crafted cocktails.
• Take and serve orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
• Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of food and drink service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously enhance your knowledge of cocktails and beverages.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a bar that serves cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age to serve alcohol in Northern Ireland).
