Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Support Manager to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our organisation. Duties
- Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage human resources tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
- Communicate with team members to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues.
- Organise office procedures and maintain an orderly work environment.
- Provide clerical support including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Oversee team management activities, ensuring staff are motivated and productive.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing office environments.
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office management best practices.
