We are seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Service and Project Manager to lead our ICT operational support team. In this NEW role, you will be responsible for developing and optimising ICT operational processes, ensuring the continuous improvement of our ICT support services, and fostering the growth and skills of your team. You will manage ICT projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery in line with business objectives.

Outline of key responsibilities for the ICT Service and Project Manager…
- To work with Senior Managers and colleagues to analyse ICT operational support and working practices, making suggestions on how both can be more smoothly aligned
- To plan and deliver a schedule for the ongoing ICT projects, examining and identifying team requirements for ICT systems, quantifying any outstanding training issues and making suggestions to the relevant function manager as to what changes may be made to seek efficiencies and how the services and support could be further developed
- To be consulted on and to advise on how to ensure that all proposed projects and processes are agreed, discussing any new functionality with the relevant function manager and amending the rollout plan accordingly
- To be consulted on and to advise on any changes to the Organisation’s ICT systems to ensure they are developed to provide successful integration into the ICT support service
- To liaise with the Leadership and Senior Management Teams to create the ICT support SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Ensure the design of the ICT support service is robust with the capabilities to handle and report on agreed SLAs
- Lead the design of processes and implement and maintain the documentation of the data within the ICT team and audit scopes
- Work with the wider organisation to ensure that the benefits of the ICT service are fully visible and promote full usage
We are looking for someone who has…
- The ability to exercise people management skills to ensure business targets are met
- Effective Performance Management and development skills (Systems/KPIs etc)
- Excellent communications skills, with an enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Qualifications / certifications related current technologies, such as Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL

- Annual pay scale increase
