We are seeking an experienced and driven ICT Infrastructure Manager to lead and develop our dynamic ICT Infrastructure team. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of a secure, high-performing ICT infrastructure, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. You will be responsible for maximizing the skills of the team and managing ICT-related projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

Outline of key responsibilities for the ICT Infrastructure Manager…

  • To advise and run ICT projects, including any procurement process, contract setup and configuration decisions, ensuring that all new purchases are measured against solid functional requirements and that all integration and business needs relevant to the wider ICT team have been considered and addressed
  • To liaise with the Leadership and Senior Management Teams to create the ICT Disaster Recovery Plan within Business Continuity plans
  • Ensure the design of the ICT infrastructure is robust with the capabilities to handle and report on Cyber Security events
  • Where exceptions arise, assist the ICT teams with issue resolutions
  • Lead the design of processes and implement and maintain the documentation of the data within the ICT team and audit scopes

We are looking for someone who has…

  • The ability to exercise people management skills to ensure business targets are met
  • Effective Performance Management and development skills (Systems/KPIs etc)
  • Excellent communications skills, with an enthusiastic approach to customer service
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • Qualifications / certifications related current technologies, such as Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL

  • Starting salary of £58,914
  • Annual pay scale increase
