Company Shop Group is the largest commercial redistributor of surplus food and household products in the UK, enabling some of the biggest retailers, manufacturers, food service and logistics providers to unlock value from surplus stock, which may have otherwise gone to waste.

We have an exciting part time sales assistant opportunity to work within our staff shop, based on the Ocado Site in Purfleet, South Ockendon, RM15 4DT.

Requirements

We are looking for hard working individuals that are enthusiastic and enjoy a challenge. Someone who enjoys meeting people and puts our members at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that each and every one of our members gets the shopping experience they deserve. In this role, you will work as part of a team within a busy, retail environment. Previous retail experience is required , any Supervisory experience would be beneficial as this role will also involve stepping up to take on additional responsibilities in the absence of the Shop Team Manager, with corresponding additional pay provided for supporting this role.

Location: Staff Shop (Ocado Purfleet), 237 Purfleet Road, Aveley, Purfleet, South Ockendon, RM15 4DT

Rate of pay: £12.30 per hour paid on 4 weekly basis

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week, 5:00am-11:30am Tues-Fri and 05:30am-12:30pm Saturday.
