Stillbloom is a fast-growing digital marketing company looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Operations Assistant to work in our office alongside our Operations Coordinator and help support the success of our team.
We’re looking for a proactive and high performing individual to help manage the operations of our ecommerce brand whilst also completing a variety of tasks that require excellent organisation, numeric and communication skills.
If you enjoy working in a varied role, as part of a small team, supporting the leadership of that team then this is the right role for you.
In this role you will have the chance to:
- Liaise with our manufacturers, by email and phone
- Liaise with our customer service team
- Manage stock levels and re-orders
- Oversee the fulfilment process of our products
- Carry out product and manufacturer research
- Find actors and influencers to partner with our brands and manage communication with them
- Provide administrative support to the wider team where necessary
- Work directly with our accounts team to ensure payments are scheduled accordingly
- Help with office management

- Gather data and create reports
- Handle contracts
- Organise calendars and schedule meetings
- Assist with HR tasks
- Assist the Operations Coordinator with ongoing projects

Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or Operations role (or similar)
- A demonstrated passion to learn, contribute and do an excellent job
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Happy and competent working with numbers, data and spreadsheets
- Happy and competent working with computers and software (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.)
- Good telephone manner and confident speaking with individuals and businesses over the phone
- A positive self-starter, proactive attitude
- Desire to take responsibility and pride in results of efforts
- Friendly and happy working as part of a small team and with virtual team members
- Happy to be able to work under own initiative (if required)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects

Additional Information
This is a full time role. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
You would have the option to work from home every Wednesday if you choose.
All other days you would be working in our office based in Ipswich Town Centre.
Salary
£20,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
