20/30 Lab are in search of a Customer Success Key Accounts Manager, on a full-time permanent basis at our office in Northampton, with the occasional need to travel to visit clients or support 20/30 Labs at conferences and trade shows.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Customer Success, building value and supporting clients with their testing needs while creating lasting and enduring relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Customer Success - Act as a primary contact for clients via phone or our ticketing system, ensuring queries are handled efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner.
- Upselling & Revenue Growth - Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services with existing clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving additional revenue growth.
- Sales & Business Development Support - Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement, drive renewals, and secure new business opportunities.
- Client Retention & Relationship Building - Develop strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Process & Service Improvement - Contribute to shaping and improving the Customer Success function as the company grows.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong upselling and cross-selling experience, with the ability to recognise customer needs and recommend additional services.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, process-oriented, and customer-first mindset.
- A strong team player, eager to support colleagues and drive excellence in customer service.

Pay: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
