Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong network in the Garden Retail sector? Do you enjoy developing new business while also growing existing relationships? If so, this role is perfect for you!

Your Role

As an Account Manager UK, you will play a key role in managing and growing our Garden Retail customer base. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with our team in the Netherlands while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients across the UK.

Our product range includes both seasonal and year-round decorative products for in and around the home. Your goal is to expand our presence in the UK market by identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and driving sales growth.

What will you do?

  • Grow existing customer relationships and actively develop new business;
  • Develop and execute customer-focused promotions and sales strategies;
  • Work with marketing to develop retail concepts, displays, and planograms;
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams;
  • Attend international trade fairs and actively engage in tender applications;
  • Analyze market trends and developments to identify business opportunities;
  • Use Excel, CRM, and ERP systems to manage sales processes effectively.

What do you bring?

  • 8+ years of experience in a commercial role within FMCG, wholesale, or retail;
  • A strong network within the Garden Retail sector and experience working with major retail chains;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel and sales data;
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems;
  • Experience in collaborating with Dutch companies is a plus;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
