Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Brand Development: Enhance brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
• Token Marketing: Lead promotional campaigns for native tokens, such as launches, staking programs, and airdrops to boost user engagement.
• Business Development: Identify collaboration opportunities within the blockchain ecosystem (e.g., DApps, DeFi projects, Web3 gaming).
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture high-value relationships with VCs, KOLs, and influencers in the blockchain space.
• Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and paid advertising to optimize engagement and lead generation.
• Team Leadership: Mentor the marketing team to foster creativity and performance excellence.
• Crisis Management: Prepare crisis communication plans for security incidents or token-related challenges.
• Data Analytics: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Innovation Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends to adapt strategies for competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the blockchain industry.
• Proven track record in CEX and token marketing and business development within the blockchain sector.
• Extensive experience working with influencers on platforms like X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, etc.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with European & Asian markets; English and mandarin proficiency is required.
