Duties
- Supervise and manage the front office team, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Handle customers bookings to a high standard.
- Address customers inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with your team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Ensuring all calls are handled courteously and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing front office operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
