Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team at a small vehicle repair garage. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in customer service. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive a warm welcome and an efficient service.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage the front office team, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Handle customers bookings to a high standard.
  • Address customers inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with your team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Ensuring all calls are handled courteously and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing front office operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
