As a Sales Executive at Otter Vale Motor Services, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and contributing to our ongoing success. You will have the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise, build lasting relationships with customers, and match them with the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will guide customers through the sales process, ensuring an exceptional experience from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the vehicles available for sale.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features, benefits, and specifications, while addressing customer concerns or questions.
  • Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and additional services to customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, while actively contributing to the dealership’s overall success.
  • Manage and prioritise customer inquiries and follow-up activities, ensuritimely and professional responses.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Utilise the dealership’s CRM system to maintain customer records, track sales activities, and generate reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies to enhance business growth.
  • Ensure the forecourt and showroom is displayed in the best possible condition.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products, including features, specifications, and financing options.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay: £21,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
