Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field. This role will involve assisting in the creation of visually compelling graphics for various digital platforms, including websites and social media. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with senior designers and other team members to bring innovative ideas to life.

Duties

• Assist in the design and development of engaging graphics for web and print media.
• Create layouts and visual elements for websites using WordPress and Elementor.
• Utilise Adobe Creative and Affinity Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Maintain an organised library of design assets for easy access by the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Familiarity with web design principles and experience using WordPress or similar content management systems.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required for application consideration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
