Due to rapid growth, we are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department.
This multi-talented role will work on a variety of projects and campaigns, from the initial concept through to execution. This role will be responsible for creating and designing content, whether digital, print or video. They will also have responsibility for maintaining the brand identity for Intelli-Park and other company brands, as well as having an active role in progressing new design ideas.
A strong interest in design trends, video creation, UX/UI and photography are desirable. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be fully involved with all aspects of design and branding for a company which is consistently experiencing growth.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours)
Reporting into:
Marketing Campaigns Manager
Main duties and responsibilities:
•Manage the brand identity and consistency across all channels, adhering to brand guidelines
•Working with the Marketing Team to support in the development of internal and external communications ensuring consistency and brand governance
•Managing creative briefs and assets briefs from concept to delivery
•Work closely with the marketing team to design and deliver high quality and branded campaigns which feature digital and print assets. Typical assets include social media, website, newsletters, brochures, adverts and more
•Create print ready artwork to required printer specifications
•Generate imagery using on-site photoshoots that are line with the brand’s identity and visual direction
•Manage and be responsible for all photography equipment
•Photography retouching and image manipulation
•Manage all digital materials including assets, photography and video files
•Design on brand webpages using UI wireframes and work with the marketing team to create optimal UX experiences
•Support the marketing team across the full breadth of the business with a wide spectrum of graphic elements such as client presentations, reports and proposals as required
•Prepare a range of design ideas based on agreed briefs for each project. Aiming to showcase both the requested ideas from the marketing team and alternative options based on contemporary design thinking
Experience/knowledge/skills:
- A degree or HND or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a similar subject
- 2 years graphic design experience as a professional in-house or agency role
- Passionate and enthusiasm about design and video
•Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, XD, Lightroom & After Effects)
•Ability to format PowerPoint, PDF and Microsoft Word documents
- Experience in photography specifically capturing and editing photos (desirable)
•Knowledge and understanding of print production and processes with the ability to produce print-ready files
- Experience in preparing imagery, graphics and artwork for digital platforms
- Knowledge or experience of creating UX and UI designs
- Effective communication and listening skills to interpret briefs and work as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once
- Accuracy and attention to detail in finalising designs
- Being open to feedback and willing to adapt designs
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating an understanding of brand continuity and a selection of creative work across multiple mediums and channels
- Ability to follow brand guidelines. Desirable Skills:
- Experience in video filming and editing to promote brands and services
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft software
- Experience in photography specifically capturing and editing photos
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £36,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
