Key Responsibilities:
As an Outpatient Staff Nurse, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient setting.
- Assist consultants with minor operations, medical procedures, and wound care.
- Perform phlebotomy and cannulation as required.
- Serve as a chaperone during patient consultations when necessary.
- Accurately document patient information and update medical records.
- Manage clinical activities to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional support to colleagues.
- Support multidisciplinary team efforts and assist with audits, stock management, and room checks.
Essential Requirements :
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Phlebotomy and cannulation experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and maintain evidence-based practice
Desirable Skills :
- Competence in surgical wound management
- Experience assisting with minor procedures across specialties (e.g., ENT, Dermatology, Plastics)
- Knowledge of CQC standards

Pay: £33,934.00-£35,543.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
