Key Responsibilities:

As an Outpatient Staff Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient setting.
• Assist consultants with minor operations, medical procedures, and wound care.
• Perform phlebotomy and cannulation as required.
• Serve as a chaperone during patient consultations when necessary.
• Accurately document patient information and update medical records.
• Manage clinical activities to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional support to colleagues.
• Support multidisciplinary team efforts and assist with audits, stock management, and room checks.

Essential Requirements :

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
• Phlebotomy and cannulation experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and maintain evidence-based practice

Desirable Skills :

• Competence in surgical wound management
• Experience assisting with minor procedures across specialties (e.g., ENT, Dermatology, Plastics)
• Knowledge of CQC standards

Pay: £33,934.00-£35,543.00 per year

• Weekend availability
